ComplimentIn the middle of Jeremie's room, there was a massive compliment fest going on.
It was a weird idea started by Odd. The little devil could start anything.
Aelita was dealing out the compliments like no other. "You have an interesting style, Odd."
"Thank you Princess," Odd smiled.
Aelita kept doing this until she got to Jeremie and froze. Her heart went all a flutter. She hoped to find a good compliment for him.
Jeremie stepped toward her and smiled, which made her blush. "I love you, Aelita."
Aelita's reaction was brilliant. "I love you, too, Jeremie."
Aelita had never been so pusillanimous. It was her against the Schyphozoa. All her friends had been devirtualized and now she was on her own. "Jeremie! Jeremie!"
"I'm going, guys," Jeremie declared. "And no one will stop me!"
"But Jeremie," Yumi said.
"But Nothing!" Jeremie shouted. "Aelita's in danger and I will go!"
He typed on the delayed virtualization and went into the scanner room. "Aelita, I'll save you!" he muttered under his breath.
The scanners closed in on him as he went inside and soon Jeremie was on Lyoko. He looked super-cool in comparison to the old one.
He looked to his right. "Alright, hand over the lady and no one gets hurt."
The jellyfish "looked" to him.
"Like to play the hard way huh?" Jeremie said. "Okay then I give you HAIL OF LASERS!"
As Aelita was getting toward Jeremie and hiding behind him, the next moment was incredible. The Hail of Lasers put remarkable damage on the Schyphozoa.
Aelita looked up to him, all the pusillan
PolysemyJeremie was, to say the least, a genius in math, science, history, and computers. The polysemy of each subject drew him and his girl in further.
He was typing away when he heard a rap on his door. "Come in!"
The door opened and in entered his girlAelita. "I just wanted to check in on you, see how the bring William back program is going."
"It's a little slow, Aelita, but we'll get there," he was confident.
Aelita nodded. "We had fun at the Quad today."
"What did you guys do?" Jeremie stopped in his typing.
"Odd threw a water balloon at Ulrich who blamed it on him, then threw one back and it hit Sissi!" Aelita laughed.
"That sounded like a nightmare," Jeremie joked.
"To Sissi," Aelita laughed some more.
Jeremie smiled. "Today was great, huh?"
Aelita nodded. "And today just got better!"
"Why?" Jeremie was getting curious.
The pink-haired girl got close to him and whispered in his ear, "Because I'm now with you!"
That was what her savior's eyes were. Bluish-gray. That was one of the things she noticed about her hero. And she loved him. And she was sure he loved her back.
She ran her fingers through her short, pink hair. Again and again those bloncket eyes were stunning. Her mind was set. Today was the day. Valentine's Day. Most would send a card, give flowers, or recite a poem, but she wanted to give him more than that. Jewelry? Not his type. Music? Hers was good, but other than that, he didn't care for it. Chocolate? Original but no. Tickets to a Shakespearean play? Nah too tacky.
There was only one solution, and only she and he knew what it was. Walking down the hall, she opened his door, caught him by surprise, and gave him the greatest gift of all.
A kiss. Original, non-tacky and totally their type.
And as she set her emerald eyes into his bluish-gray ones, she said, "I love you, Jeremie!"
"I love you, too, Aelita."
A word in a book
A worm on a hook
Like a robber and a crook
This is a way
To plan a stay
Or a holiday
We're in Heaven
If you break an egg
Don't cry or beg
Get on our leg
If you think, you're loco,
Gone to Lyoko
There's a bass
In a place
Where there's a chase
When there's a cat
'Better hope that there's a hat
Lay on that Mat
Meet a boy named Jeremie
His last name isn't Laramie
Meet a boy named Odd
He came from a place named Mad Mod's
He's never caught a cod
I know a girl named Aelita
Jeremie has met her
Her name rhymes with Rita
If you live in the fast lane
Eating a candy cane
Like Tarzan and Jane
